Galerija savremenih umjetnosti Manifesto sa zadovoljstvom najavljuje otvorenje prve izložbe u renoviranom prostoru u Despićevoj 3. Kolektivna izložba pod nazivom “POV” bit će otvorena 16. decembra u 19:00 sati. 

 

Razmatrajući tačku gledišta (engl. point of view, POV) kao pojam koji određuje odnos umjetnika_ce spram umjetnosti, njegovog_nog konteksta, publike i obratno, izložba "POV" kreira presjek savremene bh umjetničke scene. Povezujući konceptualno i formalno različite umjetničke tendencije i narative, ova postavka omogućava da se u jednom dahu sagledaju generacijski, kontekstualno i poetski oprečne koegzistirajuće umjetničke prakse.

 

Gledišta zastupljena u ovoj postavci istovremeno iniciraju preispitivanje uloge i važnosti prostora u kojima o njima kritički govori.

About the Exhibition ​

Gallery of Contemporary Arts Manifesto is pleased to announce the opening of the first exhibition in the renovated space in Despićeva 3 street. The group show titled "POV" will be opened on December 16, at 7:00p.m.

 

Considering the point of view (POV) as a term that determines the artist's relationship with art, its context, the audience, and vice versa, the "POV" exhibition creates a cross-section of the contemporary BiH art scene. By connecting conceptually and formally different artistic tendencies and narratives, this exhibition allows one to see generationally, contextually, and poetically diverse, yet coexisting artistic practices in one breath.

 

The points of view represented in this exhibition simultaneously initiate questioning of the role and importance of the spaces in which he critically speaks about them.
